I provide an empowering space for adults to actively explore, process, & grow. Together, we will explore your inner world using a combination of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs.

Drawing from evidence-based practices I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT/mindfulness, art therapy, and/or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping). The expressive and somatic tools like art therapy and EFT/tapping may assist in helping ground the body, regulate emotions, & access insights that may not always come through words alone.
