Through guided art activities, we’ll explore self-care practices, encourage personal expression, and build deeper connections among colleagues. These workshops offer a unique and meaningful experience that supports both individual wellness and a positive, collaborative workplace culture.


These workshops provide an opportunity for employees to express themselves, strengthen communication, and develop mindfulness—all while focusing on the importance of self-care. Depending on location, I can come to your space and facilitate engaging, meaningful sessions that promote personal growth, stress relief, and team cohesion.

Art materials are included for in-person workshops. If location is a problem, we can conduct these virtually as well!

Your Facilitator: Lindsey

Lindsey, as a facilitator, is bringing in her years of being an artist and facilitator of groups.

Although these workshops are facilitated by Lindsey, a licensed counselor and art therapist, they are non-clinical in nature.
These workshops are not therapy, nor a substitute for therapy. This means they are focused on wellness and creative exploration rather than therapy & mental health treatment.

These workshops provide a space for participants to freely express themselves, connect with others, and find encouragement as they build and explore their creative projects. The focus is on fostering support, self-care, and community in a non-judgmental, wellness-based environment.
