It’s a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system, releasing stuck emotions, and shifting unhelpful patterns.
In our work together, EFT can help you feel more grounded and present. This can be a tool that can be used outside of sessions as well, to assist in coping through intense feelings that may arise.
